Robbinsville Comes from Behind to Win in Overtime

In a thrilling high school football game, the Robbinsville Ravens rallied in the second half to defeat the Ewing Blue Devils 28-21 in overtime.

The Blue Devils took an early lead in the first quarter, scoring a touchdown on a pass from quarterback Mike Stafford to wide receiver Jake Smith. The Ravens responded with a touchdown of their own in the second quarter, but Ewing added another touchdown before halftime to take a 14-7 lead into the break.

Ravens Score Twice in the Second Half

The Ravens came out strong in the second half, scoring two touchdowns to take a 21-14 lead. The first touchdown came on a run by running back John Smith, and the second came on a pass from quarterback Matt White to wide receiver Ryan Jones.

Ewing tied the game with a touchdown in the fourth quarter, but the Ravens had the last word in overtime. White threw a touchdown pass to Jones to win the game for Robbinsville.

White and Jones Lead the Ravens

White was the star of the game for the Ravens, completing 15 of 25 passes for 225 yards and three touchdowns. Jones was his favorite target, catching six passes for 110 yards and two touchdowns.

The Ravens' victory improves their record to 2-1 on the season, while Ewing falls to 1-2.
